FAQ

A1. Please complete "Visitor Registration" online anytime before the show, and downloadable e-ticket will be sent to you by e-mail upon receipt of your information. Upon admission, you need an e-ticket and one business card.

A2. The admission fee is FREE if you have complete Visitor Registration or have an Invitation Ticket. *JPY 5,000/person will be charged without a ticket.

A3. Whether or not a visa is necessary in order to enter Japan varies by your nationality. For details, please refer to the "Guide to Japanese Visas" on the website of The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan. For particular details, please contact your nearest Japanese diplomatic mission directly. Please note that Show Management does not support visitors with VISA.

A5. Yes. Once you complete the registration procedures and receive your badge on-site, you are free to leave and re-enter the venue during the exhibition period.

Yes, individuals under 18 years of age are allowed to attend the show.

  • Persons under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (aged 18 or over).
  • Please note that persons under 18 years of age should not be alone in the venue and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  • Registration is only valid for persons aged 18 and over. Please register the information for only accompanying adult on this form.
  • Please contact Show Management in advance if you intend to bring more than five persons under 18 years of age.
