A: Visitor registration and a business card are required. VIPs (managers and above) need to register as VIP visitors.

*This exhibition is for purchasing and business negotiations. General consumers visiting for personal purchases are not permitted to enter. However, visitors with business purposes and those who intend to deal in jewellery for business in the future (including handmade artists) are welcome to enter.

A: Visitor registration is required for each person. If multiple people plan to attend, each visitor must complete their own registration.

A: Not required. Once you have registered as a visitor, your registration is valid for three days during the exhibition. As the scale of this exhibition is enormous, we strongly recommend that you visit the exhibition over two or three days.

A: Children under the age of 18 must have the consent of “Participation of the children”, “Privacy Policy”, “Participation Policy for the Event or the Seminar” by their legal guardian and be accompanied by a legal guardian or an adult aged 18 or older to enter the show. Please register yourself in advance if you plan to accompany children on the day of the show. Registration for the children is not required. Please speak to the staff at the venue on the day of the show for the participation of the children. Each legal guardian or adult aged 18 or older may accompany up to five children. If you wish to bring six or more children, please contact Show Management in advance. Please note that admission of children may be declined under certain circumstances.

A: At 7-Eleven and Daily Yamazaki ATMs, you can withdraw Japanese yen using a credit card or cash card issued by an overseas financial institution. For other withdrawals, please use the airport or the nearest Travelex or bank.

A: Many companies accept credit cards and cash on delivery. There may be a sign on each booth stating that various types of credit cards are accepted, but if not, please check with the exhibitor to see if this is the case.

A: Most exhibitors allow purchases starting from a single item, but some companies make-to-order products by displaying samples, and not all companies are able to do this. If you are unsure whether it is possible to purchase an item, it is best to check directly with the exhibitor.

A: Those who deal with jewellery in their business (including handmade artists) are admitted to the exhibition. If you do not have a business card, you will be asked to fill in your card details at the venue.
