Please register using either Company Entry Method (1) or Company Entry Method (2) below.

Company Entry Method (1)

Enter your company name and postal code, then click “Find Address”. Check the address and select it.

If your company information is already registered, suggested company names and addresses will be displayed.

If you cannot find your company name or address, you will need to register new company information. Please proceed to Company Entry Method (2).

Company Entry Method (2)

If you cannot find your company name or address, please enter new company information.

Click “Can’t see your company?” or “Can’t See Your Address?”.

Enter the company details, agree to the notes, and click “Done”.

If you do not have a company name, please enter “No company name”.

You may also enter a shop name, brand name, etc.

This message is displayed if you enter an email address that has already been used for visitor registration.

Email addresses already used to register for this year’s edition of the show cannot be reused.

Please try a different email address.

Visitors whose registration is incomplete are sent an email with the subject: “Complete your registration for 14th INTERNATIONAL JEWELLERY TOKYO AUTUMN 2026”.

You can resume registration by clicking the “Continue Registration” button in the email.

If you would like to cancel the current registration details and start a new registration, enter your email address and the message It looks like you’ve already started a registration with” will appear again.

Then select “Start New Registration”.

You will be returned to the first registration screen and can register again from the beginning.

If you would like to change your email address, your registered data must be deleted and you will need to register again.

Please contact the Show Management Office to request deletion of your registered data.

Each visitor must register individually.

To enter the venue, each visitor must wear a badge that contains their own information.

To visit the show, each visitor must complete visitor registration under their own name.

Please complete an additional visitor registration for your accompanying person. Only their information needs to be registered.

Please complete a new visitor registration using the information of your new accompanying person.

If you would like to cancel the visitor registration of someone who will no longer attend, please contact the Show Management Office.
