Cannot find the visitor registration confirmation email


After completing your visitor registration, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.

      Email details:

         - Subject: Thank you for your registration / 来場登録が完了しました

         - Sender: [email protected]

      If you cannot find the email:

         1. Check your spam or junk mail folder

         2. If still not found, contact the Show Management Office

A pop-up says “Your previous registration seems incomplete,” and I cannot proceed.


        If your previous registration was not completed:
        You should have received an email with the subject: “Your registration is         not yet complete”

        To resume your registration:

         1. Open the email

         2. Click “Complete Your Registration”

         3. Continue and finish your registration


      If you want to cancel the previous data and start a new registration:
      When you enter your email, the same pop-up may appear.
      Please follow these steps:

        1. Click “Can’t find the email?”

        2. Select “Start a new registration”

        3. You will be redirected to the initial registration page

        4. Complete a new registration from the beginning

How do I enter my company information?


Method 1: Search
   
- Enter your company name and postal code
   - Click Search and select your company

       

Method 2:  Manual Entry
   
- Click Enter manually
   - Fill in all company details

My company does not appear.


If your company is not listed, enter:
“No company name”, or Your shop or brand name

Can multiple people register with one badge?


No. Each visitor must register individually.
A personal badge is required for entry.

I entered incorrect information.


To change your email address, your registration must be deleted and re-registered.

I get an error message.


     Email addresses with consecutive symbols (e.g. “..”, “@@”) cannot be used.
     Try another email address. If the problem continues, contact the office.
