A: Visitor registration and a business card are required. VIPs (managers and above) need to register as VIP visitors.

*This exhibition is for purchasing and business negotiations. General consumers for personal consumption are strictly not permitted to enter. However, visitors with business purposes and those who intend to deal in jewellery for business in the future (including handmade artists) are welcome to enter.

A: Visitor registration is required for each person. If more than one person is visiting the exhibition, visitor registration is required for the number of visitors.

A: Not required. Once you have registered as a visitor, your registration is valid for three days during the exhibition. As the scale of this exhibition is enormous, we strongly recommend that you visit the exhibition over two or three days.

A: Children under the age of 18 must have the consent of “Participation of the children”, “Privacy Policy”, “Participation Policy for the Event or the Seminar” by their legal guardian and be accompanied by a legal guardian or an adult aged 18 or older to enter the show. Please register yourself in advance if you plan to accompany children on the day of the show. Registration for the children is not required. Please speak to the staff at the venue on the day of the show for the participation of the children. Each legal guardian or adult aged 18 or older may accompany up to five children. If you wish to bring six or more children, please contact Show Management in advance. Please note that admission of children may be declined under certain circumstances.

A: ATMs are located on the second floor of the entrance hall. Please check here for more details. The ATM corner includes ATMs from Mizuho Bank, Tokyo Star Bank, Seven Bank, and Japan Post Bank. Additionally, ATMs in each convenience store at Tokyo Big Sight accept cards from partner banks, including city banks.

A: Individuals who handle jewelry in their business (including handmade artists) are allowed to enter. If you do not have a business card, you will be asked to fill out your business card information at the venue.
